Abstract

In today's world, where the speed and availability of information are becoming increasingly important, telemedicine plays a key role in providing medical care in real time. It allows doctors and patients to interact and exchange data even over long distances, which opens up new perspectives for improving the quality and availability of medical services. However, the successful implementation of real-time telemedicine services requires ef icient and reliable data transmission protocols that ensure not only speed, but also security of medical information exchange. The paper examines the main data transmission protocols in modern telemedicine systems, and also analyzes their role in ensuring safety, ef iciency and interoperability in telemedicine systems
