Abstract

For many years at the state level and among experts continues to develop the legal framework forthe development of condominiums (condominiums), which have become the main instrument forimplementing the reform of housing and communal services. Since Ukraine is practically no personalexperience in solving problems related to business condominiums and common property managers ofapartment buildings, such as the definition of management services, requirements for business managers,mechanisms for providing housing management services, it is appropriate to use the experience incountries where such problems successfully solved with adaptation of such experience to the terms of ourcountry.
