Переміщені вищі навчальні заклади – новий феномен в українській освіті

Abstract

The newest problem facing the Ukrainian higher education is the problem of moved universities. This problem is generated by the armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine. In autumn 2014 16 Ukrainian universities and 10 academic institutions were evacuated from the area of ATO. Mentioned universities moving experience during the First and Second World Wars and conflicts in the former Soviet Union. The organization of the new place and the prospects of return are analyzed.
