| dc.description.abstract | Mathematical model of the microelectronic frequency humidity transformer is designed. On this basis of which solution of analytical dependences of function of transformation and equation of sensitivity are obtained. Sensitivity of the developed transformer of humidity at change of humidity from 0 % to 10 % makes 1,5 kHz/% and 2 kHz/% over the range changes of humidity from 10 % to 20 %. | en |
