Abstract

In the master's qualification work is developed a method of measuring the parameters of potentially unstable quadruplets. The analysis of modern methods and means of measuring the parameters of four-poles is carried out. The classification of quadrilaterals and their parameters is given In the course of the work, the parameters of the imitation circles were calculated. The commercial potential of developing and determining the coefficient of scientific significance of the study of the method of determining the parameters of potentially unstable quadruplets, which will allow to determine the quadrupole parameters of transistors in the range of potential instability, has been evaluated.
