Abstract

У магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі розробляється метод вимірювання параметрів потенційно нестійких чотириполюсників. Проведено аналіз сучасних методів і засобів вимірювання параметрів чотириполюсників. Наведено класифікацію чотириполюсників та їхніх параметрів В процесі виконання роботи проведено розрахунок параметрів імітансних окружностей. Оцінено комерційний потенціал розробки і визначення коефіцієнта наукової значимості дослідження методу визначення параметрів потенційно нестійких чотириполюсників, який дозволить визначати чотириполюсникові параметри транзисторів у діапазоні потенційної нестійкостіIn the master's qualification work is developed a method of measuring the parameters of potentially unstable quadruplets.
