Моделювання та розрахунок температурних полів під час модифікування робочих поверхонь сталевих деталей

Abstract

In order to increase the durability of machine parts, it is proposed to modify their working surfaces with plasma through the applied alloying composition. The process of modification is modeled using computer 3D models and the division of the treated surface into sections by the method of finite differences. The limitation of the amount of heat that is introduced to the next section is determined by the time of action of the plasma and the achievement on the surface of the substrate melting point.
