Цифровізація логістичної діяльності підприємства

Abstract

Тези присвячені дослідженню теоретичних засад і практичних аспектів цифровізації логістичної діяльності підприємства в умовах четвертої промислової революції. У роботі проаналізовано сутність поняття «цифровізація логістики» та визначено ключові технології, що трансформують сучасні ланцюги постачання: Інтернет речей (IoT), великі дані (Big Data), хмарні обчислення, штучний інтелект, блокчейн і роботизовані системи. Розкрито вплив зазначених технологій на ефективність логістичних операцій, зокрема скорочення транспортних витрат, підвищення точності доставки та прозорості ланцюгів постачання. Виявлено основні виклики, пов'язані з цифровою трансформацією логістики, зокрема значні інвестиційні витрати, ризики кібербезпеки та необхідність перепідготовки персоналу. Зроблено висновок про стратегічну важливість комплексного впровадження цифрових рішень для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and practical aspects of digitalization of enterprise logistics activities in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The paper analyzes the concept of "logistics digitalization" and identifies the key technologies transforming modern supply chains: the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data analytics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and robotic systems. The impact of these technologies on the efficiency of logistics operations is examined, including the reduction of transportation costs, improvement of delivery accuracy, and enhancement of supply chain transparency. The main challenges associated with digital transformation in logistics are identified, namely significant investment costs, cybersecurity risks, and the need for personnel retraining. It is concluded that the comprehensive implementation of digital solutions is of strategic importance for maintaining the competitiveness of an enterprise.
