Abstract

The invention relates to computing engineering. The method is in formation of signals of coordinates of point elements of image, shift of rows and columns in horizontal and vertical directions. Initial image is stored in matrix indicator, after that the rows of the image are shifted in horizontal axis with transfer of elements by value proportional to the angle of turn and the number of row, and the columns of the image are shifted in vertical direction with transfer of elements by value proportional to the angle of turn and number of column, at that the turn of the image is finished by shift of the rows of the image by value of angle of turn and number of row with transfer of elements.
