Abstract

The article considers the actual task of increasing the speed and efficiency of analyzing the data of permits from special water use in the system of the State Agency for Water Resources by creating an appropriate information technology. The conceptual scheme of this technology and directions of improvement of the current legislation for its introduction have been offered. An example of an Xml-Template and its filling for one of the forms of authorization documentation has been developed and characterized.
