Abstract

The subject of master's qualification work is the technological basis for improving the quality of the restoration of the transmission shaft BTR-60. The work consists of five parts: 1. The current state of the scientific problem and the ways of its solution; 2. Investigation of the influence of viscose yarn on the structure and properties of surfaced coatings; 3. Technological principles of improving the quality of the restoration of the transmission shaft BTR-60; 4. Calculation of economic efficiency of innovative decision; 5. Occupational Safety and Emergency Safety. The object of the study is the processes of structure formation during surfacing with the use of a surfacing wire Np-30HGSA for cast iron. The main goal of this qualification work is to develop technological bases for increasing wear resistance and restoration of working surfaces of the shaft of the transmission box BTR-60. In the work the technological process of restoration of working surfaces of the shaft of the transmission box BTR-60 was developed and the structure and hardness of the 30ХГСА-wire welded to high-strength cast iron was studied.
