Abstract

An analytical review of various variants of renewable energy sources for heating and heat supply systems is carried out. The feasibility study of the application of the heat pump plant and the solar installation in the combined system of heating and hot water supply of the public-type building was developed. The design solution of the combined heating system with the use of the heat pump installation and the solar hot water supply of the hotel is developed. The calculation of the air exchange of premises is carried out, and the ventilation systems for each hotel room are determined. To assess the technical condition of the heating system of the hotel, identified and classified, factors that affect the technical state of the heating system. The design solution for the organization of installation of heating and ventilation systems of the hotel has been developed. The installation of a combined heating system has determined the complexity of the installation work, on the basis of which the schedule of work execution, the total duration of work and the composition of the teams is compiled. Safety issues are identified when performing installation work. Defined measures on labor protection and fire safety. Local estimates for work on the installation of the heating and hot water supply system of the building are made. The determined technical and economic indicators of the project.
