Правове регулювання віднесення об’єктів до критичної інфраструктури в Україні

Abstract

The report examines the procedure for classifying objects as critical infrastructure in Ukraine. It is established that: clear regulatory regulations ensure the identification and categorization of critical infrastructure; and this allows the state to allocate cyber defense resources in a balanced manner. The significance of the procedure for identifying and categorizing objects for ensuring national security in martial law conditions is clarified. It is found that a legally defined procedure increases the stability of the provision of vital services in emergency situations and martial law.
