Abstract

The micro-electronic device for pressure measurement has source of direct voltage and resistor. Tenso-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode is included, passive inductance and capacitor. The first pole of the direct voltage source is connected to the first output of the resistor, the first output of the capacitor and the first output of tenso-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode. The second output of the tenso-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode is connected to the first output of the passive inductance to which the first output terminal is connected, at that the second output of the passive inductance is connected to the second pole of the source of direct voltage, the second output of the condenser and the second output of the resistor forming common bus to which output terminal is connected.
