Abstract

A vibration chamber consists of drying chamber with gas-distribution grid installed on springy elements and fixed to chamber of inertial vibrator that has drive from first controlled alternating current electric motor, through elastic clutch. Drying chamber is arranged as heat-insulated, in its lower section there is provided a connection by inlet mains for drying agent to inlet unit for drying agent through calorifer with thermo-controller and fan with drive from another controlled alternating motor electric motor. In the middle section of heat-insulated drying chamber manometer is installed, and inlet gate for drying material, and in the upper section outlet gate for drying material is placed. Mains for outlet of drying agent connects drying chamber to discharge unit for drying agent.
