Abstract

The actuality of determination of transit losses of power is examined at modern requirements to functioning of the wholesale electricity market; the analysis of existent methods of determination of losses is conducted from transit crossflows and possibility of their practical application for determination of transit losses and setting of norms of technological charges of electric power of ES.
