Анотація
The article considers logistics tools that contribute to improving the efficiency of the enterprise ‘Nova Poshta’ LLC in the modern environment. The components of the logistics management system based on decision-making procedures are substantiated. It analyses logistics of the enterprise ‘Nova Poshta’ LLC, which is an organised process of management of material and information flows from the supplier through the distribution system of the company (warehouses and transport) to the buyer.
