Abstract

The paper contains the following proposals: use all the sources of investments - profit from realization of capital funds, tamely payment of current taxes, de taxation of profits used for development and up-dating of production, search of efficient means of state influence and state protection; introduction of liberized levels of AVT on consumption goods, promotion of investments used for modernization of capital funds with high level of wear, technological potential etc.
