Abstract

A membrane pump with hydraulic drive has a body with membrane installed in it, this is rigidly connected to the rod, pump chamber with suction and pressure valves, automatic distribution valve. The membrane forms with the body of working hydraulic cylinder an intermediate chamber. The piston with rod forms in the body of the working hydraulic cylinder driven rod end and head end. In the head end a power spring is placed. In the body of the piston and the rod channels are provided, by those the head end and intermediate chamber are connected. The automatic distribution valve is arranged as two-stroke one and is installed in delivery pipe connected to the driven rod end. The intermediate chamber by drain pipe is connected to outlet of the automatic distribution valve and drain through back pressure valve and adjustable orifice arranged in the drain pipe.
