Abstract

Problem of Human Ecology has become for many countries economic and social significance. Today it is an area of ​​special attention of scientists, society and parliamentarians. Raising the issue of environmental problems, foremost among which are typically air quality, water pollution, increased noise and radiation, remains aloof equally important environmental factor - permanent visible environment and its condition. When visible environment should understand the environment that people perceive the bodies of view in all its diversity - a forest, the beach, mountains, buildings, interior residential and industrial buildings, cars, ships, airplanes and so on. All visible environment can be divided into two parts: natural and artificial. The natural environment is fully consistent with the apparent physiological norms of view, since the nature of the "adapted" eye "to myself." It is quite another thing - an artificial environment. It differs from the more natural and in many cases contradicts the laws of human visual perception. It should be borne in mind that the saturation constant visual observation environment elements creates a strong impact on the human body and especially in the view.
