Abstract

The article analyzes the known methods of construction processes simulation at industrial buildings realigning. Search and analysis of the methods of reconstruction with the change of the functional purpose of the building will reveal their advantages and disadvantages.It will determine the possible methods of optimization of processes aiming for the most effective outcome indicators, such as the minimum duration and the minimum cost of the work.
