Abstract

The thesis is devoted to topical issues of development of information technology processing

of characteristics of information systems in terms of changes in their structure and parameters. For the first time, on condition that the structure and parameters of an information system, the method for forming subsets of data in a relational database, the method of planning processes and automated method of processing data are proposed. Improved method of maintaining time-dependent data and methodology evaluation of software quality information system based on the use of the characteristics of software quality according to international standard ISO 9126. The proposed information technology focused on the processing characteristics of information systems subject to dynamic changes in their parameters and structure, which makes use of promising technologies for developing a wide variety of automated systems. The technology was the basis of established information systems with variable structure and parameters that are embedded on production and in the learning process.
