Abstract

The heteronuclear yttrium-, lanthanum-, neodymium-, or samarium-containing copper acetylacetonates were synthesized, for which a composition was established based on the data of elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, magnetochemical and thermogravimetric studies, and a judgment was made about the structure. It was found that in the temperature range 30-130 °C these substances possess semiconductor properties. X-ray phase analysis revealed that the products of their pyrolysis are double oxides of the perovskite structure
