Abstract

The theoretical basis of unshadowing the economy of Ukraine are investigated, the essence and background of the shadow economy is defined , the necessity, meaning and measures of unshadowing the economy is substantiated, the role and importance of the process of unshadowing in the further development of the real economy and strengthening of economic security is defined in the paper.
