Abstract

The master's qualification work deals with theoretical and practical issues of analyzing the system of management of work motivation; the essence of the concepts of motivation and stimulus is considered; basic theories of motivation are analyzed; the question of the organization of the system of work motivation is considered; the issues of improvement of the system of management of work motivation. The economic activity of the enterprise of PJSC «Khmilnyksilmash» is investigated, the system of management of motivation of work and the general system of management on it are analyzed. Recommendations on improvement of the system of management of work motivation at the pablik joint-stock company «Khmilnyksilmash» have been developed.
