Підвищення енергетичної ефективності електропривода скіпового підйомника вапнякової печі в умовах Приватного акціонерного товариства «Продовольча компанія «Поділля»

Abstract

The master's qualification work is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the electric drive of the skip lift of the limestone kiln in the conditions of the Private Company «Food Company «Podillya»(Kryzhopil Sugar Plant). The general characteristic of the design object is given in the work and the power drive of the skip hoist is calculated. On the basis of technical and economic indicators the system of the electric drive of the skip elevator of the PCh-AD type is chosen. The main element base of the automated electric drive of the skip hoist is chosen, and also the necessary electric schemes are developed. The correctness of the calculations was verified by computer simulation in Matlab. Based on the analysis of the kinematic scheme of the skip hoist, a system of equations describing the mechanical part of the skip hoist winch is given. An appropriate block diagram of the mechanical part of the skip hoist winch, which is implemented in the Matlab environment as an element of the Simulink library, is proposed.
