Abstract

The monograph presents the analysis and generalization of scientific, theoretical and methodological aspects in formatting the theory of behavioral models of post-soviet industrial enterprise. There had been researched the contemporary spectrum of the main problems of the development of native enterprises on the post privatizing stage of their functioning. There had been substantiated the conceptual regulations, determinants and criteria for reconstruction of manufacturing potential of the enterprises.
