Essence of module principle consists of creation possibility of the various difficult systems of the different functional setting from the several of the primary elements-modules. In accordance with it the module is an independent element, performing the certain duty (or functions), with certain entry and output parameters. The modules can unite, forming the difficult systems, to separate and replaced with the purpose of the systems receipt with other components and descriptions at their functioning. The primary purpose of synthesis module technology application of the motor-vehicle examination systems is upgrading and minimization of subjectivity of road traffic accidents investigation.
