Abstract

This paper examines the problem of automation of medical institutions. The basic concepts of the management of medical activities in sanatoriums and health care institutions were analyzed. The description of the main problems of automation of a medical institution is given. The emphasis is on automating communication between a patient and a medical institution using a mobile application. Modern approaches to the development of mobile applications are analyzed. The server side was developed using the JavaScript programming language on the NodeJS software platform. The development of a mobile application is done using the Ionic framework using Angular 10 HTML 5.0 and LESS. As a result of the work, a mobile application for medical institutions was developed and created, which significantly increases the efficiency of communication between the patient and the hospital.
