Abstract

У статті розглянуто роль інноваційного підходу в системі вищої освіти. Визначено умови розвитку інновацій та охарактеризовано антиінноваційні бар’єри у професійній діяльності педагога. Виділено умови, які існують та сприяють розвитку інновацій у системі вищої освіти.The article reviews the innovative approach in the system of higher education. The conditions for the development of innovations are determined and anti-innovation barriers in the professional activity of a teacher are characterized. The conditions that exist and promote the development of innovations in the higher education system are highlighted.
