Abstract

Optoelectronic device for number comparison includes three optoelectronic registers, three elements OR-NOT, element AND, element OR and RS-trigger, inputs of permit of record and reading, respectively, of first and second optoelectronic registers, input of permit of record of third optoelectronic register, inputs of record and reading of operands of the device, setting input, input of start of the device, time pulse bus of he device and power supply bus of the device, output of signal “End” of the device, three outputs of tags (>), (<), (=) of the device, respectively, at that each byte cell of optoelectronic registers has optoelectronic quantization module.
