Abstract

The subject of the master's qualification work is the development of methods to increase the efficiency of Toyota Center Vinnytsia "Premium Motors" by improving the organization of car repair systems. The work consists of five parts: 1. Analysis of the service station Toyota Center Vinnytsia "Premium Motors". 2. Determining the production program of the maintenance center Toyota Center Vinnytsia "Premium Motors". 3. Research of efficiency of functioning of car service enterprises as a result of a choice of rational specialization of repair posts. 4. Analysis of the effectiveness of the management of the system of maintenance and repair of cars at different levels of specialization of work at posts. 5. Occupational health and safety in emergencies. The main purpose of this qualification work is to increase the efficiency of car service enterprises by improving the organization of car repair system by rational distribution of specialization between repair posts in the information analysis of the nature of the incoming flow of requirements.
