Abstract

A kinetostatic force analysis of the servospool of a counterbalance valve using Autodesk Simulation CFD was performed. The number of unloading slots for the servospool cell, the electromagnet for controlling it and the dimensions of the channels of the body of the counterbalance valve are calculated and selected. An experimental stand was developed for the study of the servospool of the counterbalance valve. The fulfillment of the incorporated functions in the servospool of the counterbalance valve has been confirmed. According to the transient processes, the dependence of the switch speed of the servospool from the load on the executive body is determined.
