Water is an essential element in the life support of the population, and the quality of health of people, the level of their sanitary and epidemiological well-being, the degree of comfort and, consequently, social stability of society depends on its quality. The state of water sources and central water supply systems do not guarantee the required water quality. To date, the quality of surface water has reached a level dangerous to the health of the population and continues to deteriorate.
