Анотація
The invention relates to radio-electronic industry, in particular, to a technology for production of printed-circuit boards. A method for regeneration of spent copper-chloride solution comprises the oxidation of spent etching solution with air oxygen on surface of carbon-fibrous material. A method is carried out in stream by chemical oxidation of Cu(I) in Cu(I) by air oxygen on surface of carbon-fibrous sorption filter material, for example, of grade busfit - ЛА(13) - (TU 88 BCCP 180). The material with very developed surface is used.
