Анотація
In general, the main task of a passive house is to provide thermal efficiency sufficient to withstand additional energy costs for heat supply and ventilation and air conditioning. The basic principles of the design of passive residential buildings and the concept and postulates that are the basis for the creation of energy-efficient premises are considered.
