The paper considers the possibility of forming scientific and methodological principles and practical
recommendations for the development of investment management strategy of industrial enterprises, taking into account
stakeholders. It is proposed to form the strategy on the basis of improved classification of stakeholders of the enterprise
and the application of an agreed goal between individual groups of stakeholders and the enterprise as a derivative of the
strategic goal of the enterprise. It is proposed to implement SEE-management of investment efficiency in stakeholders
(employees) based on SEE-models of efficiency components (as a qualitative component of efficiency) in the context of
enabling prompt adjustment of each component of efficiency before the end result of such activities. It is determined that
the strategy of investment efficiency management of machine-building enterprises and tools related to the calculation of
efficiency components can be based on SEE-models of efficiency components
