Особливості інвестиційної діяльності в сільському господарстві Вінницької області

Abstract

The article substantiates the essence of investments, their content and existing inconsistencies in the economic characterization of this concept. On the basis of the legislative interpretation of investments, essence of investment process, its components and stages of implementation are allocated. Emphasis is placed on the need to attract foreign and national investments in the economy as a whole and the development of the agrarian sector in particular. The current status of investment activity of agricultural enterprises of Vinnytsia region is researched; constraining factors in terms of attracting investments in the agricultural sector are outlined; ways of improvement of investment strategy, investment provision, and innovation development of agrarian sector of Ukraine in general and of Vinnytsia region in particular are suggested. On the basis of the carried out research both the priority and the profitable spheres of investment in agrarian sector are indicated, among which the most important are: renewal and modernization of assets of agrarian enterprises; introduction of high-performance crop cultivation technologies; creation of capacities for development of processing of agricultural production.
