Abstract

The puch-pull symmetric amplifier comprises the first current source having outputs connected with sources of bias currents assembled on the seventh - the eighteenth transistors, accordingly. Collectors of the fourteenth and the fifteenth transistors are connected with collectors of the third and the fourth transistors and with emitter followers based on the thirty first, the thirty second transistors and the second current source contacts. Emitters of the third and the fourth transistors are connected with neutral bus. Collectors of the seventeen and the eighteenth transistors are connected with collectors of the first and the second transistors and bases of the fifth and sixth ones and also with current reflectors based on the thirty fifth, thirty sixth, thirty third, thirty seventh and thirty fourth, thirty eighth transistors. Emitters of the first and the second transistors are connected with the output bus and current divider output. Emitters of the fifth and the sixth transistors are connected with the third current source terminals and reflector inputs having two outputs assembled on the base of nineteenth-thirtieth transistors accordingly. The third input of the current divider is connected with neutral bus. The current divider output is connected with emitters of the first and the second transistor and the output bus. First outputs of current reflectors having two outputs are connected with the output bus.
