Abstract

Disclosed is a current reflector to which a fourth transistor, a second current source and a voltage source, an emitter of fourth transistor is connected to an input bus, a collector thereof is connected to a base of third transistor, as well as to the first terminal of second current source, the base of fourth transistor is connected to the first terminal of voltage source, the second terminal of second source is connected to a zero bus.
