Abstract

Master's qualification work is devoted to the deepening of the existing and development of new theoretical principles and guidelines on improving the performance appraisal autoservice enterprises in high competition. To achieve this goal in the formulated and solved the following tasks:  analysis of Ukrainian market of services for the maintenance and repair of vehicles in the dynamic contribution to gross domestic product, the number of enterprises, employment, volume of services;  define micro and macro conditions affecting the competitiveness of the auto service business in Ukraine;  select and develop mathematical tools model assessment of competitiveness of enterprises of automotive services at the regional level.
