Abstract

Heat-insulation panel comprises a frame and sections filled with filling agent, and as sections plastic bottles with cut bottom are used, those are hermetically fixed on wires installed vertically on frame and connected to packs, at that as filling agent dry air is used, and the frame is placed in protective housing.
