Abstract

The article deals with the main implementation obstacles of the innovative projects at the enterprise. The main principles to overcome the main obstacles are proposed, which allowto attract creative people, by using modern methods of their motivation, to set goals and to formulate tasks for implementation of innovative projects. It is proposed to consider the factors of the enterprise’s external and internal environment to create the implementation mechanism of innovative projects. The implementation mechanismof innovative projects at the enterprise, which involves the creating of an innovative enterprise strategy, conducting innovative marketing researches, conducting of economic feasibility calculationsof the project implementation and directly organizing of project implementation itself is developed. The work results can be used in further scientific research and practical developments in the field of implementation of innovative projects at enterprises.
