Abstract

The subject of research of master's qualification work is the mechanism of influence of contact loads on the properties of the surface layers of hammer mills of a grain mill. The work consists of five parts: 1. The current state of the scientific problem and the ways of its solution; 2. Ways of improving the quality of hammer hammer mill; 3 Development and substantiation of the parameters of the technological process of restoration of hammer mills of the grain mill DKU; 4. Calculation of economic efficiency of innovative decision; 5. Occupational Safety and Emergency Safety. The object of research - the processes of forming wear-resistant coatings through plastic deformation of deposited layers. The main purpose of this qualification work is to develop resource-saving methods for obtaining wear-resistant surfaces of the hammer hammer by using the phenomenon of strain hardening, to create a working surface layer with given operational properties.
