Abstract

Optical sensor of concentration of gas includes connected optically two sources of infrared radiation, receiver of infrared radiation, input and output gas tubes, source of infrared radiation. The working cuvette includes cuvette with reference gas on the surface of which a diaphragm is placed. Second source of infrared radiation of the reference channel and second receiver of infrared radiation of the reference channel are placed on one axis at different sides of the cuvette with support gas near which input and output optical systems are placed, output of the receivers of infrared radiation and inputs of sources of infrared radiation of both cuvettes are connected to micro-processor.
