Abstract

A micro-electronic optical device for registration of displacement process comprises a movable surface, light source that is optically connected to focusing system that consists of a focusing lens and optical filter, those are optically connected to two photoconverters each of which comprises the first, second and third resistors, a vessel, power supply source. The frequency photoconverter additionally comprises a photo-resistor, a first, second and third bipolar transistors, second vessel, the fourth and the fifth resistor.
