This paper discusses the development of a remote patient monitoring system for telemedicine, designed to record, process, and transmit physiological parameters in real time. The choice of the ESP32 microcontroller, which serves as the system’s central processing unit, is justified, and a device architecture has been developed that enables simultaneous real-time monitoring of the patient’s electrocardiogram, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and body temperature.
