Abstract

The importance of forecast in elaboration of strategies of organizational-technical development of enterprises of motor transport, methods of forecast are considered, the sequence of forecast development of structural subdivisions and enterprise as a whole, composition of sections and stages of forecast is defined. The constituents of complex forecast, which determine basic characteristics of the object of forecast, forecast parameters, organizational measures and formation of skilled staff to provide the forecast procedure are developed.
