Abstract

The master's qualification work deals with the problems of managing the activity of the enterprise. On the example of "Mykulinetske ATP-16144" LLC, the basic provisions of logistics, legislation and regulations of Ukraine, monographs, scientific articles of domestic and foreign scientists became the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. Both general and specialized research methods are used in the work. Methods of systematization, algorithmization, etc. were used in the development and implementation of instructions for improving the crisis management. The information base of the study was the statistical and financial reporting of the enterprise, the Internet and its own analytical calculations. Data processing was performed using modern information technologies.
