Abstract

In the theses an estimation of the energy efficiency potential of envelopes from natural materials of organic origin for the construction of low-rise housing development has been performed. A method for determining the integral indicator of energy efficiency potential has been developed by taking into account not only the material characteristics of the multilayered wall constructions, but also the climatic and economic indicators. The influence of the type of the structural layer of the fencing wall structure on the amount of thermal inertia time has been analyzed.
