Abstract

In the thesis work examined the current state of networks and network attacks, based on what the need was identified inaccurate localization of IP addresses for the purpose of timely disclosure of misconduct in relation to the network of information resources. It was developed and implemented a program that performs the task. As well as the economic feasibility and effectiveness of the release of this program on the market. Structural thesis consists of introduction, 5 chapters and conclusions; contains 15 tables, 20 figures, list of references with 44 titles, applications.
